Greetings and much thanks as always to the instructors I have a question so for the expelling of digestive parasites the master says to drink pumpkin seeds in sugared water but do you happen to know if the pumpkin seeds can be consumed alone as I am not sure how to drink the seeds in the sugared water or perhaps I am misunderstanding the master...
