Hey Instructors,

I went to the dentist today and have a few cavities that would be filled on Saturday however the dentist prescribed me a toothpaste that is even higher in fluoride than normal ones containing fluoride, and she said I shouldn't even wash it out so it stays in m teeth. I mean, flouride is a no no for me, but honestly I have seen flourished toothpaste in the past work for solidifying teeth so what's the deal?

You have to weigh the costs and benefits for yourself. If you don’t treat your teeth, you might destroy them. While fluoride is linked to calcifying the pineal gland, neglecting to treat your teeth might actually be worse than leaving them unchecked. So use your discretion.

I use both fluoride and non fluoride potassium nitrate alternating every 12 hours as teeth can become excessively brittle on pure fluoride. Also consider that enamel is composed of a surprisingly high % of fat and vegetable oil can have a degrogatory effect.
