Hello. In 2023 I went seven months straight without having a period. I’m 45 years old and the doctor told me that if I go 12 months without the period then I am out of the Pre-menopausal window frame.
After Seven months without a period. menstruation returned. Then It once again disappeared for the past two months and has yet to return.
My question is this. Can I continue practicing sexual alchemy during this time?
If I must stop , when do I return to sexual alchemy/ pranayama practices?

There are no issues in continuing to transmute. Obviously, due the effects of menopause there may be some periods where sexual activity won't be appropriate - simply listen to your body, do not force it. But otherwise, it is fine to transmute.
Samael Aun Weor: I have seen many cases of women who have gone through menopause and after having gone through menopause they follow their normal sex life. They pass their critical age and then they continue the work.
